Jim's MMA Health and Fitness is a family-orientated and run gym and fitness studio, with foundations stemming from over 20 years in Emergency Management response.
We have now extended our services to facilitate first-aid training courses, to private, small, or larger corporate groups.
We also offer onsite training anywhere in Sunraysia, at your office, home, school, or sports club, or within our training facility in Nichols Point.
